Debbie provides counseling and support for men and women who struggle to improve their lives, want to find joy again, or are tired of trying fixes that haven’t worked. Debbie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work. She has also received training as a Spiritual Director. Debbie highly values Christian principles and when invited, is happy to help connect clients with her spiritual passion and understanding of God’s love for us.

Debbie believes: You cannot abuse yourself into wholeness by shaming yourself. Only compassion heals.

Some areas of her specialty include: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Depression, Relationship issues, Post Traumatic Stress, Grief, Anger and Shame.

Clients often improve their communication, set healthy boundaries, and break free of destructive emotional patterns. Debbie provides a validating environment where individuals and couples can explore difficult emotions, feel safe, and work towards change. The therapies she uses are: Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal, Dialectical Behavior, Narrative and Solution-Focused.
